BRITISH AIRWAYS LONG-HAUL CATERING ENHANCEMENTS
After some services on British Airways flights were scaled back due to the pandemic, the airline is thrilled to announce new enhancements from August 2022.
These will be updated in World Traveller, World Traveller Plus and First from 1 August 2022, with Club World updates coming later this year.

With children served first, customers can enjoy fantastic meals at their own pace with an increase of hot refreshments and expanded bar and meal service. On longer range flights, customers will be offered a secondary hot meal service, with hot refreshments offered on shorter services.
World Traveller Plus
Travellers can enjoy fresh British produce onboard, plus a greater selection of hot beverages than previously. Catering enhancements include three choices of main course for the first meal service, a hot meal or snack for second meal service on longer-range flights, warm bakery items and hot or cold towels to help them refresh in style.
The elevated dining experience designed to make each customer's journey unforgettable and unique. With a personalised fine-dining experience, customers can enjoy a selection of three main courses (including a signature 'Best of British' dish), 12 vegan and gluten-free options made with fresh, local ingredients and an afternoon tea service on shorter, daylight flights from London Heathrow or Gatwick. Oh, and not forgetting a choice of hot & cold drinks, wines and spirits, topped off with hand delivered service.
in First, customers can create their own dining experience with British Airways a la carte 'Dine Anytime' menu, featuring signature dishes made with quality British ingredients, delivered with impeccable service. Alongside our signature dining experience, we offer snacks and beverages including cocktails, mocktails, Champagne, spirits and wines.
From 1 August 2022, British Airways signature hot soup, starters and desserts are back with delicious options such as Double Baked Souffle and Crepe Suzzette. Regional variations have also returned, including Thali service on flights departing from India, and hot/cold towels after the meal service and on waking-up.
